The ‘Q’ Behind Quartermaster
Francis Quintal is Quartermaster’s founder and Lead Digital Facilitator. He has spent his career helping founders turn their vision, knowledge, and judgment into organizations that can operate without depending on them.
He refined his ability to build and systematize founder-led businesses through continued growth and acquisition, personally leading an organization with more than 20 employees and generating over $2 million in annual revenue.
As a founder himself, Francis also understands the challenge of shaping an evolving vision, delegating ownership, and extracting the judgment an organization needs to carry it forward.
Today, he works alongside visionaries and integrators in organizations generating more than $35 million in annual revenue, helping them lead complex transformations involving people, processes, and significant technology investments. By identifying the patterns holding an organization back, strengthening the relationship between vision and execution, and establishing the operating systems required to sustain change, Quartermaster helps organizations navigate pivotal moments and build greater capacity for whatever comes next.
